We have developed and acquired a number of low cost genomic and diagnostic technologies for the purpose of whole genome expression studies, microRNA abundance, and gene based diagnostics of disease causing organisms. These include in situ synthesized low cost custom microarrays, real time PCR, on-chip PCR, pyrosequencing, and genetic assays in lateral flow devices.
